Description of the Corefit II EMS training belt

The Corefit II EMS training belt is an advanced training device that uses electromuscular stimulation (EMS) to specifically stimulate the front abdominal and lower back muscles. The Corefit II EMS training belt builds on the functions of the Corefit I, but extends the target muscles to include the lower back muscles, while the Corefit I focusses exclusively on the front and side abdominal muscles. This further development allows the Corefit II to cover a more comprehensive body region and offer a more holistic training solution. The Corefit II retains many of the proven features of the Corefit I, such as intensity adjustability, the variety of training programmes and the user-friendly LCD display, but adds improved customisation options and greater flexibility in electrode Placement.
