The 3 components in Detail:
The Biostrap EVO is a sleep tracker and at the same time a vitality tracker in the form of a bracelet. The results are recorded and analyzed. They can be viewed at any time via the Biostrap app - the sleep app/ fitness app/ vitality app - . In this way, Biostrap EVO provides with individual and actionable insights into the personal sleep and vitality.
The Activity Pod is a motion analysis device. The fitness tracker is an add-on from Biostrap and is conveniently attached to the shoe so that all movement data is recorded for a comprehensive movement analysis. The results can also be viewed via the Biostrap app - the fitness app/ sleep app/ vitality app.
The chest strap/bracelet incl. HRM meter. The chest strap/bracelet enables an accurate analysis of heart vitality. It accurately measures heart rate, heart rate variability and calories burned. When purchasing, choose one of the two possible variants (chest strap or bracelet).

What data is recorded in detail by the Biostrap EVO bracelet - the sleep tracker and health tracker?
The Biostrap bracelet collects the following data and displays it in the Biostrap app:
Measure Steps with Biostrap EVO: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Charts* by:
- Average calories burned
- Average total walking time
- Average distance traveled
- Average steps walked
Measure sleep with Biostrap EVO - automatically detects and displays sleep data:
- Sleep Score - The quality of today's sleep compared to the quality of the sleep stages in the last 5 to 30 days

**The person's baseline is adjusted if more data are collected. It takes at least 5 days to determine them, but we will collect data for 5-30 days to compare historical averages with today's values.
Biostrap App - Functional notes for Users
Operation, Battery, Bluetooth, Android and IOS.
Before using the Biostrap device, users must connect it to the Biostrap account and a phone or tablet. Once the device is connected, data can be synced with the Biostrap sleep tracker.
Battery: checking the remaining battery charge.
- It is easy to keep the Biostrap devices charged.
- We recommend charging the device daily and keeping the battery above 20% at all times
- Users can check the battery status of the devices at any time on the settings page in the Biostrap app.
With normal use, users can expect the following:
- 1-2 days of use with the Biostrap EVO. It is completely normal for the device to stop charging before it reaches 100% and settle between 90-99%.
Bluetooth: If users are having trouble connecting, we recommend the following steps!
Android users:
- Please make sure location services are enabled before connecting the device.
- Place the device on the charging cradle
- Wait a few minutes for the battery to charge (orange light).
- Return to the Biostrap app and verify that the devices are connected
- Turn on Bluetooth
IOS users:
- Please go to the iPhone settings.
- Click on Bluetooth
- Turn off Bluetooth
- Turn Bluetooth back on
- Go back to the Biostrap app and check if the devices are connected.
If still no connection is established, then quit and restart the Biostrap app completely and check if the devices are connected.
Alternatively, users can try the following: Turn off Bluetooth on the smartphone, then turn off the phone and turn it back on, and subsequently re-enable Bluetooth.
Return to the Biostrap app and check if the devices are connected.
