BodyCap cooling packs for Sport and Industry cooling vests
The cooling packs for the Sport and Industry cooling vests contain 8 cooling packs: 4 in the front and 4 in the back. This has been specially designed to allow slow and prolonged diffusion.
The cooling packs allow a long cooling autonomy (90 to 120 min. cooling effect in extreme conditions (> 50°C)).
The BodyCap cold packs or compresses spread a constant and long-lasting cold (2H). After placing the cold packs in the freezer, insert them into the Sport or Industry cooling vest.
After about 2 hours, the transmission power will decrease. If the packs become stiff, they must be replaced.
Features:
- Constant cooling effect - no thermal shock or risk of burns.
- Autonomy: Up to 2 hours in extreme environments (> 50°C).
Chemical composition*:
NON-TOXIC: Water 82.76%; Nylon/Polyester 8.41%; Glycol 5.11%; Polymer 3.53%; Preservative 0.16%; Polyester 0.02%.
*Contraindication: Raynaud's disease.

- Weight per unit: +/- 180 grams
The cooling packs have a life of approximately 100 uses or 200 hours with optimal Radiation.
