BodyCap e-Celsius Performance RF (Radio Frequency) measuring capsule
The BodyCap e-Celsius Performance RF measuring capsule is an extremely small measuring capsule designed for very accurate and continuous monitoring of core body temperature. Ideal for use in research and development and extreme working environments. These systems can be particularly useful in sporting environments, for example in cycling, for analyzing and evaluating core body temperature in the upper performance range. The capsule is activated by the optionally available BodyCap activator and the data is read and evaluated by the BodyCap monitor. The e-Celcius Performance core body temperature capsules are miniaturized, ingestible electronic measuring capsules that wirelessly transmit a continuous measurement of gastrointestinal temperature. The data is stored on an e-Viewer Performance Monitor (or alternatively on the ePerf Connect watch). These devices display warnings if the measurement is outside the desired range. With the help of accessories such as the BodyCap ePerf Connect Gateway watch (item #4140), the measured data can be stored on a wristband and transmitted to a central point via cell phone.

Additional requirements for use/operation

- The eCelsius Performance Activator activates the capsule from standby mode and connects it to the eViewer Performance Monitor for data collection.
- Each eViewer Performance Monitor can manage up to three capsules simultaneously.
- Data transfer to PC/Mac via the monitor interface.
- The capsule is safe, non-invasive and leaves the gastric system after 1-2 days.
