BodyCap e-Tact® sleep monitoring
The e-Tact® patch measuring device from BodyCap is a reliable solution for precise actimetric sleep monitoring. This innovative device enables a detailed analysis of physical activity and provides insights into the sleep-wake rhythm and sleep quality. It is a scientific tool that helps to understand sleep disorders, monitor exercise programmes and manage clients with chronic conditions.
It should be noted that this product is not a substitute for medical treatment and a medical consultation is always recommended for health concerns.
Target group and areas of application:
The e-Tact® patch is aimed at sleep laboratories, research centres and rehabilitation centres. It is used in the analysis of sleep disorders, the monitoring of rehabilitation programmes, the monitoring of exercise programmes and in chronobiological sleep studies. It also supports the paediatric monitoring of children with hyperactivity or newborns suffering from withdrawal Syndrome.

Use of the product:
The use of the e-Tact®-Patch measuring device is uncomplicated. Depending on the purpose, it can be attached to the non-dominant wrist with the eTact® wristband or to another part of the body with medical eTact® tapes. The recorded data is stored in the patch's internal memory. For sleep analyses, it enables a pre-evaluation of various sleep quality indicators such as sleep time, sleep latency, WASO score and nocturnal awakenings.
