The BodyCap eCelsius Performance Starter Kit without software is a core body temperature measurement system for use in sports, science and research, and occupational health and safety. The set contains core body temperature monitoring components consisting of the e-Celsius Performance Radio frequency (RF) measuring capsule, the eCelsius Activator Kit and the eViewer Performance Monitor without software. This software is available OPTIONALLY as a PC/MAC interface.

The Starter Kit enables the acquisition of core body temperature data over a period of 24 - 48 hours, depending on the transit time of the Radio frequency (RF) measuring capsule through the digestive tract. The accuracy of the core body temperature data is ± 0.2 °C in the range 25 - 45 °C with a variability of ± 0.1 °C.
