Cosinuss meets the health program of the NASA

54 million heartbeats to the Mars says the sensor in the ear

Cosinuss ° was selected as the only startup company in Europe to present its technology to the TRISH (Translational Research Institute for Space Health of NASA) at this year's SXSW (South by Southwest Interactive Festival 2018). The TRISH introduces NASA into technology that can contribute to basic space health research.

cosinuss ° develops technologies and sensors for the mobile and precise recording of medical vital signs - just by a button in the ear. Thus, pulse rate, body core temperature, blood oxygen saturation, heart rate variability and blood pressure can be tapped and forwarded directly to the auditory canal along with numerous other parameters using a miniaturized sensor system.
NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) researches in its program the health risks of long-term missions in space to human occupation, e.g. at the Mars mission.

The SXSW, the world's premier startup festival, will be held from March 9th to 18th Austin, Texas, USA.
