The training is based on proven concepts from neuropsychology and is controlled using the included Brainlink Lite EEG headset, which measures activity in the forehead region and transmits data to the application via Bluetooth. Users receive graphical feedback on their progress, making improvements easy to track.

Regular use of two to three sessions per week, with rest days in between, is recommended. This rhythm results in a suggested training period of about four months. If needed, the course can be flexibly extended by one month at a time – for example, to accommodate breaks or adjust the learning pace individually. However, it is recommended to complete the course within the planned four months to achieve optimal training results. The combination of software and headset in the bundle provides a ready-to-use system – ideal for individuals (Basic version) or families with up to three users (Family version).
