Description
The Excellent Brain Home Bundle combines a structured neurofeedback training software with the Brainlink Lite EEG Headband, offering a complete solution for focused mental training at home. The software is designed to help train cognitive processes – such as concentration, self-awareness, and impulse control. It is suitable for children, teenagers, and adults who want to work independently with a scientifically grounded system in a private setting.
The core of the training is a software-guided program with 30 sessions, each consisting of ten exercises of two minutes each. The training is based on proven neuropsychological concepts and is controlled via the included Brainlink Lite EEG headset, which measures frontal brain activity and transmits data via Bluetooth to the application. Users receive graphical feedback, making progress clearly visible.
It is recommended to use the program two to three times per week, with rest days in between. This rhythm results in a suggested training period of about four months. If needed, the course can be extended by one month at a time – for example, in case of breaks or to adjust the learning pace individually. However, it is recommended to complete the training within the planned four months to achieve optimal results. By combining software and headset in one bundle, users get a ready-to-use system – ideal for individuals (Basic) or families with up to three users (Family version).
