The Biostrap EVO bracelet Recover Set is a sleep tracker and health tracker in one. It delivers high-resolution physiological snapshots of sleep, recovery and activity. The Biostrap EVO wristband measures and analyzes biometric data for actionable insights into personal sleep and health. The evaluations are via the associated health app / sleep app "the EVO App" viewable. The sleep and health tracker is suitable for private users and for professional use (e.g. sleep laboratories).
The EVO Bracelet Recover Set tracks sleep, respiratory rate, steps, active calories, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and oxygen saturation. The optional Activity Pod is required as a secondary device for recording workouts with the activity classification feature for professionals and sleep therapists. The Move-Set is available here.  It is also used to detect leg movements during sleep if you have subscribed to the sleep lab subscription. All sets include a standard wristband, charging station and USB cable.
