Myontec MBelt - Smart Waist Belt
The MBelt from Myontec is a smart waist belt used with the MCell 3 EMG meter (separately available). The MBelt and MCell 3 can be used to collect and measure exercise data of the back muscles, starting from the sacrum, lumbar vertebrae, thoracic spine, and up to the 2nd cervical vertebra. With the accompanying free app MBody Live 3 you can evaluate the measured data. The hip belt "MBelt" and the MCell 3 can also be purchased as Myontec MBody 3 - Set for the back muscles.
. Optionally, the Windows software Muscle Monitor with advanced measurement, analysis and feedback functions can also be purchased.
After you remove the MCell 3, the MBelt can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C.

Recording your workouts is possible even without a mobile device. Just press the button on the MCell EMG meter and it records every movement. Then upload your workout to the cloud service and analyze and compare your progress.
