The RSP Conic Pro is a high-performance training device for targeted improvement of changes in direction and acceleration. With a conical axis that offers an optimal ratio between minimum and maximum diameter, the device generates high accelerations in the concentric phase. These are braked in a controlled manner at the beginning of the eccentric phase. The RSP Conic Pro simulates intensive motion sequences that occur in sports when changing direction quickly.

The heart of the device is the conical axis, which makes it possible to perform movements with high intensity. In the concentric phase, the ratio between the minimum and maximum diameter of the axis ensures extreme acceleration. This acceleration must be controlled at the beginning of the eccentric phase and slowed down by applying force. This process mimics the behaviour during fast movements, such as when an athlete has to brake abruptly at full speed and accelerate in the opposite direction. The body thereby learns to use maximum force efficiently.

The RSP Conic Pro was specifically developed to train global movement patterns and targeted changes of direction. The high reaction intensity at the beginning of the eccentric phase optimises the braking force, which is particularly important in sports such as football, basketball or tennis, where quick changes of direction are required.

How is the RSP CONIC PRO used?

The RSP CONIC PRO is used to intensively train changes in direction and balance. The special conical axis, whose diameter varies greatly from minimum to maximum, enables high acceleration in the concentric phase. This must be decelerated with high intensity in a controlled manner in the subsequent eccentric phase. The focus is on the ability to precisely decelerate and coordinate movements at high speed.

To do this, the athlete must generate as much force as possible in the opposite direction of movement in order to effectively reduce speed. The RSP CONIC PRO was specially developed for training complex movement sequences that require maximum power and precise deceleration. The machine's dynamic response in the eccentric phase provides an additional challenge for the user, continuously improving their control and stability.
