Product Description
Sensoria Smart Socks V2.0
Complement your Sensoria Fitness with an additional pair of socks to keep you covered when your other pairs are in the washer. One sock in the pair will be fully instrumented with textile pressure sensors. The socks are comfortable, washable and designed for runners and fitness enthusiasts. Socks are available in different sizes. Make sure to select the correct foot size.
NOTE:Sensoria Core is not included with this product. The corresponding bundle, which includes the socks and Sensoria Core, can be found here.
Set up and analyze and train the run
Sensoria Fitness mobile app makes your smart socks that much smarter
- Step 1: Download the Sensoria app (iOS) to your smartphone.
- Step 2: Wirelessly connect the phone and smart sock using Bluetooth Smart.
- Step 3: Go for a run with your phone and let the socks do the rest.
Start running the way you deserve
Sensoria Core - Charging the battery
- Insert the USB end of the charging cable in a power USB port (computer or outlet USB adapter, not provided)
- Insert the micro-USB end of the charging cable in the provided charging dock
- Insert Sensoria Core in the charging dock, starting from the tabs, and pressing on the lid to complete the insertion
- The sensors will blink red until the charge is completed, and then turn to solid green
- If you don’t see red blinking, try to remove the sensor from the charger and insert again (shoe sensor)
- Charging time is about 45-60 minutes
Connecting the socks
- Insert Sensoria Core in the dock on the back of the right shoe, starting from the tabs, pressing on the lid to complete the insertion in the dock
- If correctly inserted, Sensoria Core will blink red then green (or blue when connected to the app)
- Remove the Core and repeat the operation if no blinking occurs
- If no blinking appears, put the sensor on charger
LED Color Coding
3 white flashes followed by red flash: start/reboot of device
When NOT connected to a charger/USB cable:
- 3-seconds green blinking: device ready to connect
- 3-seconds blue blinking: device connected to the app
- 3-seconds red blinking: low battery
- No blinking: device turned off
When connected to a charger/USB cable:
- 3-seconds red blinking: charging battery
- Solid green: battery charger 100%

The Sensoria Run mobile app allows you to tailor your goals and track your progress. Customize how and when you want alerts from the Sensoria Virtual Coach. Choose to only receive feedback when your cadence is off, or when you are landing improperly. Select the desired heart rate zone for different training sessions.

The Sensoria Virtual Coach literally monitors every step and provides actionable audio and video feedback during your run. The virtual coach cheers you up to keep you motivated, but also provides reminders when your running form falls outside of preset parameters.

Mara, your personal coach, provides you with detailed activities by week and by day so that you can achieve your goals successfully and injury free. She will let you know when you need to ramp it up or when you might need to take it a little easier. The first plan to be offered is the Natural Running Transition Training Plan to help you improve running form and transition to the minimalistic shoes that you like so much while reducing risk of injury.

The mobile app monitors your foot landing, contact time on the ground and cadence, and tracks other familiar parameters. Connect the app with heart rate monitors (HRMs) that communicate through Bluetooth Smart to also monitor your heart rate. Get detailed visualization of your activities right on the smartphone after your run.
