The A&D Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is a user-friendly and accurate device for daily blood pressure monitoring. Before using it for the first time, it is important that the user reads the operating instructions carefully.

Connection with the Smartphone:

The user downloads the A&D app and starts the measurements via the app.
The blood pressure monitor displays the name and the measurement results
The measured data is transmitted to the app.

Correct measurement for accurate blood pressure readings:

The user sits down comfortably, places the arm on the table without crossing the legs. Feet flat on the floor, back straight.
It is recommended to relax for about 5-10 minutes before the measurement.
The centre of the cuff should be held at heart level. The user should remain calm during the measurement.
Measurements should not be taken immediately after physical exertion or a bath.
For comparable measurement results, it is recommended to measure the blood pressure at the same time every day.
