Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
CPR - A life-long training that guarantees sustainability!
Anyone can learn Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)! It feels good to have saved someone's life. Once learned and practiced, it is very likely to continue to be applicable in case of emergency.
Wherever there are people, emergencies can occur, including in your own four walls! Watch videos, google for a bit and decide if you, too, do not want to attend the next training session.
What does "cardiopulmonary resuscitation or resuscitation" mean?
CPR is the cardiopulmonary resuscitation of a person with respiratory and circulatory arrest. Cardiac massage, artificial respiration, as well as measures that support the circulation, are part of this. Doctors also call this "CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation."
An emergency is unpredictable. No one can say therefore whether you will be a first responder alone or in pairs. It takes a good constitution to resuscitate for several minutes.
So if you are lucky in bad luck, then you are not alone in the case. Two people can take turns. In addition, people who are not professionals feel better when there is another person on the ground. Whatever the situation, most likely neither you nor the casualty have chosen the serious situation.
