The BITalino ClassBIT Sciences Teaching Package has been specifically designed for science lessons and provides a comprehensive collection of resources for teachers and students. At the heart of the package are 10 individual student kits, each equipped with state-of-the-art biosensors. These sensors include a variety of technologies such as EMG for measuring muscle activity, ECG for recording heart activity, EDA for recording skin conductance, EEG for measuring brain activity, PPG for monitoring blood volume changes and PZT for measuring mechanical signals.
Using these biosensors gives students the opportunity to put theory into practice and experience the complexity of the human body first hand. They can independently perform experiments, collect and analyse data, leading to a deeper understanding of physiological processes.
