Myontec MBelt set, the back muscle training Kit
The Myontec MBelt set for back muscles consists of the back muscle training belt "MBelt" and the EMG measuring device "MCell 3". With the MBelt and the MCell 3, training data of the back muscles can be measured (starting with the sacrum muscles, lumbar muscles, thoracic spine muscles and ending with the muscles of the 2nd cervical vertebra (multifidus as well as erector spinae)). With the accompanying free app MBody Live 3, you can evaluate and analyze the measured data.

You can monitor your muscle load, balance and other variables in real time using your smartphone. Myontec MBelt translates your bio-signals into a simple user interface and provides descriptive analysis. Recording your workouts is also possible without a mobile device. Simply press the button on the MCell EMG meter and it records every movement. Then upload your exercise to the cloud service and analyze and compare your progress.
