Auto Train Brain ADHD is a neurofeedback training software designed to provide targeted neurofeedback training for home use to support cognitive skills in the context of ADHD. The licence is valid for 9 months. The software has been developed for EMOTIV's EEG headsets and can only be used with the EMOTIV EPOC-X or EMOTIV INSIGHT.

The Auto Train Brain ADHD Software is a mobile Neurofeedback Application for intensive Neurofeedback Training and can help to improve cognitive abilities, especially concentration and focus in ADHD.

Using advanced EEG Headsets and AI Technology, the Software application creates personalised training programmes for the user. Non-invasive training three times a week at home is recommended to improve training results.

With this EEG Technology, the MOTIV EEG Headset records EEG data on the head in real time and analyses and displays it in real time via the software (app) on a smartphone or tablet. This makes it possible to immediately influence and consciously adjust the training process. Cognitive and emotional processes can be controlled.

The special ADHD version of the Neurofeedback Software has been adapted for use in the home and can provide personalised and user-friendly training.

Note: A compatible EEG headset (EMOTIV EPOC-X or EMOTIV INSIGHT) is required to use Auto Train Brain ADHS.

How to use the Auto Train Brain ADHD Training Software?

Once User have purchased Auto Train Brain ADHD, the user will need to configure the software. The EMOTIV LAUNCHER must be installed on an iOS or Android device to set it up. A compatible headset, either EMOTIV EPOC-X or EMOTIV INSIGHT, is also required. A user manual is included and can also be found in the download section of the MindTecStore for the above product.

The app archives the EEG data so that progress can be tracked continuously. The first developments can be expected after about one month of regular training.

Training Process with the Auto Train Brain Software "ADHS":

The first 20 sessions focus on reducing slow brain waves in both hemispheres. This is done by first using the Dream1 protocol for 15 minutes to reduce slow waves on the left side, followed by another 15 minutes with the Dream2 protocol for the right side.

This 20-day cycle is followed by a protocol suggested by the artificial intelligence and implemented in applications such as YouTube, Spotify, Arrows or Ball. In the YouTube function, for example, a selected video is loaded and the relaxation and concentration training is started. As you focus, the video becomes more or less visible. Similarly, in the other programmes, increased attention improves the listening experience in Spotify or the handling in the games Arrows or Ball. Continued focus is rewarded with bonus points.

After a further 20-day cycle, the AI analyses the training results and makes a recommendation. This includes information on the most suitable protocols and modes. With continued use, the AI learns more and more about your needs, helping to refine and improve your training.

Aims of EEG Neurofeedback Training with Auto Brain ADHD Software:

The Auto Train Brain ADHD system uses an EEG Headset to collect and modulate neural activity data in real time. The 14-channel neurofeedback approach provides both visual and auditory feedback, with improvements in synaptic connections being seen in around 30 minutes.

The main focus of Auto Train Brain ADHD training is the frontal lobe, which is essential for concentration, attention and impulse control. However, the training also targets other regions of the brain:

Frontal lobe (left & right):

Neurofeedback targets: Modulation in this area can improve concentration and attention, promote impulse control, regulate mood and increase cognitive flexibility.

Neurofeedback goals: The focus here is on refining visual perception and information processing.

This software was developed by Dr Günet Eroğlu and her team. Dr Eroğlu holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Sabancı University. She is the inventor of Auto Train Brain and an expert in the application of neurofeedback for people with dyslexia. She has participated in 2 clinical trials with neurology experts.
