The flywheel is an accessory for the mobile flywheel training device YoRoller PRO23 and can be ordered individually here.

The replacement of the flywheel is particularly easy and comfortable, so that it can be exchanged within seconds.

Depending on the dimension of the flywheel, different training goals can be pursued:

Speed and endurance training: small Discs
Strength training: Large discs

The flywheel sizes offered by YoRoller are:

250 mm x 3 mm (speed and endurance)
250 mm x 4 mm (general training)
250 mm x 6 mm (strength training)
250 mm x 8 mm (strength training)

The YoRoller PRO23 has 2 flywheels (left/right). A total of 8 mm disc thickness can be used on each side. One or more discs can be selected. The final thickness of 8 mm should only never be exceeded.

What is Flywheel Training?

Flywheel training (also known as eccentric training) is a modern form of strength training that uses a flywheel instead of conventional dumbbells or weights. The basic idea is to pull on a rope to make the flywheel rotate. The harder you pull, the more energy the wheel stores. When the user stops pulling, the wheel continues to rotate and creates resistance that the exerciser has to work against. Thus
