The YoRoller wall bar is an accessory for the YoRoller PRO23 mobile flywheel trainer and can be ordered separately.

The wall rail can either be easily detached and attached to a wall rail with hinges or firmly screwed into place. The adapter allows infinite height adjustment to set the YoRoller PRO23 at the ideal height for different types of flywheel training.

The YoRoller wall bar is an accessory for the YoRoller PRO23 mobile flywheel trainer and can be ordered separately here.

The wall bar can be easily attached to a wall bar. Either with straps, so that it can be easily removed, or with a fixed mounting with screws.

The adapter allows infinite height adjustment so that the YoRoller is always at the ideal height for the desired flywheel workout - be it upper body, core or leg.

If required, the YoRoller PRO23 flywheel trainer can be easily attached and removed at any time.

The aluminium rail is 1.90m high.

What is flywheel training?

Flywheel training (also known as eccentric training) is a modern form of strength training that uses a flywheel instead of traditional dumbbells or weights. The basic idea is to pull on a rope to make the flywheel rotate. The harder you pull, the more energy is stored in the wheel. When the user stops pulling, the wheel continues to rotate, creating resistance for the user to work against. In this way, eccentric training always involves both sides (e.g. arm flexion / arm extension). This modern bilateral training method has proven to be very consistent, effective and easy on the joints. It is therefore very popular in both competitive and rehabilitation sports.
