How do I use the Auto Train Brain Wellness training software?

After purchasing Auto Train Brain Wellness, the software needs to be configured. This involves installing the EMOTIV LAUNCHER on an iOS or Android device and using a compatible headset, either the EMOTIV EPOC-X or EMOTIV INSIGHT. A user manual is included in the package and is also available in the download section of the MindTecStore for the mentioned product.

The app archives the EEG data so that progress can be continuously monitored. After about a month of regular training, the first changes can be noticed.

Course of the training sessions of "Auto Train Brain Wellness":

The first 20 training sessions focus on minimising slow brain waves in both hemispheres. To do this, the Dream1 protocol is used for 15 minutes to reduce slow waves in the left hemisphere of the brain. The Dream2 protocol is then used for a further 15 minutes to achieve similar results in the right hemisphere.

After the first 20 days, an AI-recommended protocol will be used based on the results achieved, implemented in the YouTube, Spotify, Arrows or Ball applications. In the YouTube application, for example, you upload a favourite video and start the relaxation training. The more relaxed you look at the screen, the clearer the YouTube video becomes. The mechanism is similar in the other applications: greater relaxation allows you to listen to Spotify music more clearly, or act more efficiently in the Arrow or Ball applications. Continued relaxation is rewarded with more points.

After a further 20 days, the AI analyses the results of the training and provides a recommendation for action. This includes information on the most commonly used protocols and modes. With continued use of the product, the AI adapts to the user's needs and optimises training success.
