Stress can hardly be avoided in today's everyday life. It has become a kind of widespread disease. Everyone has to struggle with it to a greater or lesser extent. However, if the stress becomes too much or if it is permanently persistent, this can have health consequences. Targeted stress reduction using biofeedback and neurofeedback products can counteract this process. They help to be able to recognize stress situations better with various training programs and to counteract them with targeted stress reduction training. 

As a rule, these neurofeedback systems consist of an EEG headset and associated software. Alternatively, bio-feedback systems are available where appropriate measurements regarding the personal stress level can be performed via the skin.     Skin conduction tracking and training is a classic biofeedback tool. Here the thumb press of a sensor button the skin conductivity is measured. When stress is increased, we have increased skin conductance. An accompanying app enables immediate evaluation. As with the EEG headsets, training games are also offered on the associated app, which always depict the real-time state of the current stress level (skin conductivity) in a game and can thus be influenced by the user. Further anti-stress technologies cause an immediate stress-reducing effect by merely wearing them.
